How do I place an order? 

  1. On the site where you see a list of products with their prices and you click on any product of interest.

  2. A description page for the selected product will open and then click on the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your cart.

  3. You can then continue adding other products or click on the alert message at the top that says “View cart” to go to the checkout page. Alternatively, you can hover on the checkout icon (basket)  on the top menu to go to the checkout page.

  4. On the checkout page, you will have to provide your billing details (name, address, email, phone number etc.) for the invoice.

  5. On the same checkout page, you then select your delivery location on the right under Shipping, this is the location where the product will be delivered to.

    Note: the locations have their cost of delivery added to them and selecting a location automatically adds the cost of delivery to the total amount you will be paying. 

  6. You then click the “Place Order” button and select your preferred payment channel. We accept credit and debit, Mobile Money (MTN, AirtelTigo and Vodafone) and cash payment (where necessary).

  7. A receipt will be sent to your email and the product will then be delivered to you after the payment is confirmed.

We do nationwide delivery at a fee.

When do I receive my order after I make payment? 

  • Orders within Accra will be delivered the same day or otherwise advised by the customer. Others Outside Accra/Tema will be delivered within a day or two depending on the time order was placed. Deliveries occur in the hours of 9 am – 6 pm. 
  • Change of delivery location during delivery is permitted but will create delays and attract extra or lesser charges. 
  • If a customer cannot be reached as at the time delivery arrives, another time will be rescheduled BUT the customer MUST pay for the penalty. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Pick-ups must be arranged a day before the said day since we are an online shop.

Do you have a return or exchange policy? 

Yes.  

  • The return policy applies to only defective product(s).  
  • Returned product(s) will ONLY be accepted in If we are able to prove that defects were from the manufacturer, exchange then is permitted for the same item or a different one of choice.  
  • The client has a maximum of 5 business days to return the product(s) back to us. Also, the client MUST take care of all delivery fees after the return. A refund will be made within 5 business days if the client chooses not to exchange. 

How do I pay for my order?

Select payment method at checkout to make payment. We accept credit and debit, Mobile Money (MTN, AirtelTigo and Vodafone) and cash payment (where necessary). 

Where are your products sourced from? 

All our products are sourced from the UK and USA. Here at Busybrains, our focus is to stock and offer our customers nothing but safe, quality and authentic products just for your little ones. 

Can I make a preorder?

Yes. All preorders must be in our line of stock (i.e. based on the category of products we stock) will attract a 70% down payment and the additional 30% payment made upon arrival of the product(s). All preorders take between 4 to 6 weeks. 

Do you ship outside Ghana? 

No. Currently, we only deliver within Ghana.
